Ranch Access, Safety, Waiver, and Hold-Harmless Notice
By entering, crossing, accessing, transitioning across, or otherwise moving onto or within any part of the boundary of Goodwater Ranch, Witch Wells Ranch, or any property, leasehold, grazing area, working facility, road, gate, corral, holding pen, pasture, water improvement, or ranch operation managed by Rocky Mountain Ranches, the individual or party acknowledges and accepts the applicable ranch operating procedures.

Such entry or access constitutes acknowledgment, waiver, acceptance of the posted and published ranch procedures, and agreement to hold harmless Rocky Mountain Ranches, LLC, Goodwater Ranch, Witch Wells Ranch, and their respective parent organizations, owners, members, partners, managers, employees, agents, contractors, representatives, affiliates, successors, and assigns from claims, damages, losses, injuries, livestock-related incidents, property damage, access issues, or other matters arising from or related to entry, access, travel, livestock activity, ranch operations, or presence on or near ranch property.

All visitors, contractors, employees, vendors, hunters, guests, inspectors, and any other persons accessing the ranch properties are expected to review, understand, and comply with the applicable Standard Operating Procedures and Comprehensive Ranch Manual for each ranch location.
